Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using CampaignCraze ("the Service") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity on your account. You must be legally authorised to list the properties or products you publish.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of the listings, photos, descriptions and other content you upload ("Content"). You grant CampaignCraze a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, format, transmit and display your Content, and to forward it to the portals you select for syndication.

You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to all Content, that it is accurate, and that it does not infringe any third-party rights or applicable law.

4. Portal syndication

You choose which portals to syndicate each listing to. Each destination portal has its own terms, data-feed requirements and approval process. CampaignCraze transmits your Content on your behalf; the destination portal decides whether and when it goes live. Statuses shown in the app ("Live", "Queued", "Pending agreement") reflect the current integration state and are not a guarantee of publication.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to publish content that is unlawful, misleading, discriminatory, infringes intellectual property, or misrepresents a property or product. We may remove Content and suspend accounts that breach these Terms.

6. Availability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, and integrations with third-party portals may change or be discontinued.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CampaignCraze is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill arising from your use of the Service or from any third-party portal.

8. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or where required by law. On termination, your listings will be removed from active syndication.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified in-app or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
