We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid CampaignCraze plans. If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net or contact our support team at support@campaigncraze.com with your subscription details.

Exceptions

Refunds apply to subscription fees only. Refunds are not available for add-on purchases that have already been consumed (for example, additional listing packs that have already been used to publish listings).
