1. Data we collect

• Account details you provide: name, company name, email address, account type.
• Listing content you upload: titles, descriptions, prices, addresses, photos, stock levels.
• Authentication data managed by our backend provider, including hashed passwords and session tokens.
• Basic technical data such as IP address, browser type and timestamps needed to operate the Service.

2. How we use it

• To create and manage your account and provide the syndication features you request.
• To transmit the listings you create to the portals you have selected.
• To secure the Service, detect abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
• To contact you about your account or important service changes.

3. Sharing

When you select portals for a listing, the listing data you provided is transmitted to those portals so they can display it. Each destination portal is a separate controller of that data under its own terms and privacy policy.

We also rely on infrastructure providers (hosting, database, storage, email delivery, authentication) to run the Service. They process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations.

We do not sell your personal data.

4. Storage and security

Data is stored on managed cloud infrastructure with access controls, encryption in transit, and row-level security policies that scope your data to your account. No system is perfectly secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Retention

We keep account and listing data for as long as your account is active. When you delete a listing or close your account, associated data is removed from active systems, subject to short-term backups and any legal retention obligations.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. You can exercise most of these directly in the app by editing your profile, deleting listings, or closing your account. For other requests, contact us through the support channel in your account.

7. Cookies

We use only the cookies and local storage strictly necessary to keep you signed in and to make the app work. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

8. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

9. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified in-app or by email.
